4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, clients receive full rights to completed work. ThatWebGuy retains the right to:
- Display work in portfolio
- Use non-confidential aspects for promotional purposes
- Retain and reuse code components
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms include:
- 50% deposit to commence work
- Remaining balance upon project completion
- Net 30 payment terms for ongoing services
6. Limitation of Liability
ThatWebGuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to termination date.
